11eyes

Rating: 9/10

This anime revolves around a different dimension, also known as the Red Night, where a witch was sealed and seeks the the Fragments, one in her body and 6 others, stored within 6 different people from 6 parallel worlds, and the Eye of Aeon. One day, an incident occurred (not to sure of the details myself, when I looked it up it was kinda confusing), for some reason, the 7 Fragments was mysteriously drawn into 1 world instead of 7 seperate ones. The Fragments gave its holder supernatural power like Regeneration, Pyrokenesis, Time and Space Control and etc. The 6 Fragment holders, together with Kakeru, go on a search to stop the Red Night where the witch will activate Hellfall, a magic that destroys the entire world.

Official Summary
When the Sky turns Red, the Moon turns Black, and monsters begin roaming the streets, Satsuki Kakeru is at a loss for what to do.
Along with his best friend Yuka, they try to decipher why they have been sent to this strange world, which is seemingly empty aside from themselves.

However, when the 'Red Night' ends, Kakeru and Yuka believed it was all a dream, until it happens again and they are left in a dangerous situation. They meet four others in the same predicament: Kusakabe Misuzu, an expert swordswoman, Tachibana Kukuri, a strange mute girl who looks uncannily like Kakeru's deceased sister, Hirohara Yukiko, a lively young girl whose personality reverts to that of a cold killer when her glasses are removed, and Tajima Takahisa, a young pyrokineticist.

As the six of them band together to survive and discover what this mysterious world is, things take a turn for the worse as six shadows appear before them...

There are only 7 Masters and 7 Servants, the servants are split into different classes according to their abilities. The 7 classes are : Assasin, Berserker, Caster, Rider, Archer, Lancer and Saber. Touched by Kiritsugu's conviction, Shirou affirms to his foster father that he intends to devote his life to achieving that distant ideal. To do this, Shirou pleads with a begrudging Kiritsugu to teach him magecraft, but Shirou proves to be talentless in almost all the fundamental magecraft disciplines.

One day however, he witnesses a conflict between two unbelievably powerful beings and inadvertently summons one of his own in order to protect himself. He then finds out that this conflict, known as the 'Holy Grail War', involves a series of battles among seven 'Masters'. Masters are magi who can summon 'Servants', Heroic Spirits from throughout time, to fight for the possession of a relic that will grant one's wishes, the Holy Grail.

This story revolves around Shirou and his entanglement in the Holy Grail War along with his own personal battle to uphold his ideal.
